Code of Conduct Policy

The Code of Conduct and Ethics outlines the principles and policies that govern the activities of the Group, and to which our employees and others who work with us, or represent us directly or indirectly, must adhere to. All employees are required to read and follow this Code of Conduct and Ethics (the Code). The Code is reviewed by the Human Resources Department at least every two years, or more frequently based on changes in the internal and/or external operating and legal environment affecting the Group’s governance and ethics program

The Group expects all of its representatives to act in accordance with the highest standards of personal and professional integrity in all aspects of their activities and to comply with IRA Guidelines on Corporate Governance applicable for each country respectively.

This Code applies to all Medilink International Private Limited & it’s subsidiaries Staff, including its Directors, employees, temporary workers, independent contractors and consultants and should be read in conjunction with the applicable policies, procedures, laws and regulations governing all activities across the Group’s operations. Questions relating to these policies may be directed through employee Line Managers, the Human Resources representative, the Compliance Manager or the Group Company Secretary. External parties may direct any queries through the office of the Group Company Secretary or the Group Managing Director.

The Group expects its stakeholders to act in full compliance with the policies set forth in this Code and in a manner consistent with the highest ethical standards.

This Code of Conduct and Ethics neither constitutes nor should it be construed to constitute a contract for a definite term or a guarantee of a continued relationship with the Group.

All staff annually attest their commitment to abiding by this Code of Conduct and Ethics.

The Code broadly gives guidance for professional conduct under the following major headings:


Responsibilities to Medilink International Private Limited & it’s subsidiaries

Stakeholders are responsible for maintaining ethical standards in all their dealings with and outside the Group, including fully complying with the law and applicable internal regulations.

Stakeholders who become aware of violations of law, regulation or the Group’s policies should communicate their suspicions to: For employees - their immediate Line Manager, Human Resources representative, the Compliance Manager or the Group Company Secretary; and for external parties - through the office of the Group Company Secretary or the Group Managing Director.

We protect proprietary and confidential information at all times in accordance with applicable law. We keep customer information secure at all times.


Social Responsibility and Commitment to the Environment

We are committed to doing business in an environmentally responsible manner through identifying and mitigating environmental risks that may arise out of our operations.


Anti-Money Laundering Compliance (AML)/Know Your Customer (KYC)

We shall comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Legislations, Regulation and Policy, which requires that all financial institutions/businesses develop and implement effective anti-money laundering programs in order to safeguard the financial system from financial crimes


Fair Competition

When conducting Medilink International Private Limited & it’s subsidiaries business, all partners must:

  • Not discuss pricing or markets with competitors
  • Always present Medilink International Private Limited & it’s subsidiaries services and in a manner consistent with our core values
  • Not induce a third party to breach an existing agreement
  • Never act in a manner that could be seen as an attempt to exclude present or potential competitors or to control market prices
